AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
We are Charlie Mobile Mechanic & Auto Electrician Services Company. We operate, as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (“Legal Terms”) (collectively, the “Services”).

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you (“you”) and Charlie Mobile Mechanic & Auto Electrician Services Company, concerning your access to and use of the Services. By accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by all of these Legal Terms.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
We may update these Legal Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will reflect such changes. You waive the right to receive specific notice for each update. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The Services are not intended for use where prohibited by law. You are responsible for complying with local laws.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
We own all intellectual property rights in the Services and its content (code, design, media, trademarks, etc.). You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Services without our written permission.
3. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Services, you confirm that you are legally allowed to do so, will not break laws, and will not use bots or scripts to access the system.
4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
- No scraping, data mining, or misuse of content.
- No harassment, impersonation, or spreading malware.
- No bypassing of security features or reverse engineering.
5. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
We may allow user contributions. If you post anything, you must own the rights and not violate any laws. You retain ownership but grant us the right to use them.
6. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE
By submitting feedback or contributions, you grant us a right to use it freely. You maintain ownership but accept no liability from us for use or misuse.
7. SERVICES MANAGEMENT
We may monitor, remove, restrict, or disable content or accounts to protect our rights or improve operations.
8. TERM AND TERMINATION
We may terminate your access at any time for violations. You may not re-register using false identities after termination.
9. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time without notice. We are not liable for downtime or data loss.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. The courts of Sri Lanka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Informal Negotiations: At least 30 days of informal negotiation before arbitration.
Binding Arbitration: Disputes shall be resolved by a single arbitrator in Sri Lanka under the European Arbitration Chamber rules.
Restrictions: No class actions, no representative proceedings.
Exceptions: IP and privacy issues may be litigated directly in court.
12. CORRECTIONS
We may correct or update content or errors in the Services at any time.
13. DISCLAIMER
We provide the Services “as-is”. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, or accuracy. Use the Services at your own risk.
14. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the lesser of any fees you paid or a nominal amount.
15. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify us for any legal issues resulting from your use of the Services, including IP violations or illegal behavior.
16. USER DATA
We may store and process your data. You are responsible for backing up your own data.
17. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES
You consent to electronic communication and agree that electronic records fulfill any legal requirement for written records or signatures.
18. MISCELLANEOUS
This is the entire agreement between you and us. If any part is deemed invalid, the rest remains enforceable.
